A Quick Peek Into the Solution

We designed and developed an MVP that focused on:

  • Understanding pain points in travel navigation and cultural barriers

  • Identifying gaps in local discovery, communication, and real-time guidance

  • Creating an AI-assisted guided travel experience

  • Designing intuitive navigation and culturally adaptive UI flows

  • Building high-fidelity mobile prototypes

  • Validating through user testing and behavioral insight

Business Challenges

Product Users/ Target Audience

Users Often Felt:

  • Confused and disconnected in new environments

  • Dependent on external help

  • Less confident exploring unfamiliar places

Three people in outdoor settings: one sitting on a rock near water surrounded by mountains, one walking along a beach near rock formations, and one standing on a riverbank with a backpack overlooking a river and hills.

After conducting product testing with our target audience, we found that it demonstrated an 85% success rate. Users found it significantly helpful in easily navigating local places.
